Fitness

Whether you have been training and exercising for years or you are just starting your fitness journey, there is always room for improvement!

Our staff will make a full assessment of your current fitness level and goals you are looking to achieve. We will then design a program just for you. Your program will include a stretching program, progressive strengthening exercises, balance, and cardiovascular exercises.

We offer monthly, half-year, and full-year memberships. Personal training sessions are available. Your first session will be with one of our exercise physiologists to design your program!

Gift Certificates Available

1, 3, 6, or 12 months of fitness memberships. Personal training, 30 or 60 min sessions. Massage therapy 30 or 60 min sessions. No contract to join!
